Returns Policy

Our Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we make the process as simple as possible.



Eligibility for Returns

You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be in brand-new condition, meaning:

It shows no signs of use, wear, or damage.

It is clean and odour-free, with no dirt, marks, or pet hair.

All original packaging and accessories are included and undamaged.

If you are testing a product, please handle it carefully and avoid dragging or dropping the plugs, as this may cause surface damage.



Refunds for New Items

When an item is returned in brand-new condition, we’ll issue a 100 % refund of the item price.

Please note:

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using Royal Mail and a compact, well-padded box.



Used or Damaged Returns

If a product shows signs of use or damage, we’ll inspect it and may offer a partial refund depending on condition.

In such cases:

A £25 refurbishment fee may apply to replace or repair minor damage.

Items will be cleaned and assessed before resale.

The final refund amount will be confirmed once the inspection is complete.

How to Request a Return

with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for confirmation before posting your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and a return reference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us immediately if your item is:

Defective or faulty

Damaged in transit

Incorrect (wrong product received)

We’ll resolve the issue quickly by arranging a replacement or refund.



Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Custom or personalised products

Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

For a faster turnaround, return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.



Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

European Union Customers

If your order was delivered within the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date you receive your order.
To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
